Icecream Sandwiches to Cool You Down and Keep You Fit this Summer
Icecream Sandwiches to cool you down and keep you fit this summer! So easy, so delicious, so nutritious… and totalling just under 200 calories!? Better believe it 🙂 Kiss those ice-cream sandwhich daydreams goodbye ladies and gents, you can now have your fix too- without the guilt!
Perfect snack to enjoy on your own or to feature at a fun BBQ or pool party with friends (they’re totally cute presentation wise).
Here’s what you need:
1. A Muthin
2. A very ripe banana. Can mix with peanut butter or cocoa or another fruit to render different flavours.
3. A blender. We love the @magicbullet.
4. Toppings (optional): fruits, coconut flakes, sprinkles, chocolate or peanut- butter drizzle.
An in-house favorite of ours? CHOCO-PEANUTBUTTER Muthins Ice-cream sandwich: Chocolate muffin, banana and peanut-butter ice-cream in the middle, topped with a few coconut flakes!
